| 公司简介 | Oaktree Strategic Income Corporation’s investment objective is to maximize its portfolio’s total return by generating current income from its debt investments while seeking to preserve its capital. It invests primarily in senior secured loans, including first lien, unitranche and second lien debt instruments, that pay interest at rates which are determined periodically on the basis of a floating base lending rate, which it refers to collectively as “senior loans.” Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the value of its net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes will be invested in floating rate senior loans. It may also invests in unsecured loans, including subordinated loans, issued by private middle market companies and, to a lesser extent, senior and subordinated loans issued by public companies and equity investments. This policy may be changed by its Board of Directors with at least 60 days’ prior written notice to stockholders to the extent such a change would not affect its ability to maintain its election as a BDC. |
