| 公司简介 | Xenith Bankshares, Inc., is the holding company for Xenith Bank, a full-service bank headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. On July 29, 2016, legacy Xenith Bankshares, Inc. (”XBKS”) and Hampton Roads Bankshares, Inc. (“HRB”), the holding company for The Bank of Hampton Roads (“BOHR”), announced the completion of a strategic merger whereby XBKS was merged with and into HRB and legacy Xenith Bank was merged with and into BOHR. The Combined Company has assumed the name Xenith Bankshares, Inc. for the holding company and the name Xenith Bank for all banking operations. Headquarters for the Combined Company are in Richmond, Virginia. The strategic merger creates the fifth largest community bank by deposits headquartered in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Xenith Bank is specifically targeting the banking needs of middle market and small businesses, local real estate developers and investors, private banking clients and individuals, and retail banking clients. The bank also offers marine finance through its Shore Premier Finance division. Xenith Bank’s regional area of operations spans from Baltimore, Maryland, to Raleigh and eastern North Carolina, complementing its presence in Greater Washington, D.C., Greater Richmond, Virginia, Greater Hampton Roads, Virginia and on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Virginia. Xenith Bank has forty-two full-service branches and two loan production offices. Xenith Bank’s strategy is to continue to grow organically, and to continue to evaluate strategic opportunities in order to build a strong regional bank that serves the communities in its primary service areas, and maximizes value for shareholders. |
