They focus on acquiring, owning, and managing primarily office and industrial properties. On a selective basis, they may make long term industrial and commercial mortgage loans; however they do not have any mortgage loans currently outstanding. Their properties are geographically diversified and their tenants cover a broad cross section of business sectors and range in size from small to very large private and public companies.
