| 公司简介 | Cypress Environmental Partners, L.P. (formerly Cypress Energy Partners, L.P.) (the “Partnership”) is a Delaware limited partnership formed on September 19, 2013. Their suite of services includes inspection, testing, recycling, survey, water treatment, and other environmental services that help their customers protect people, property, infrastructure, and the environment with a focus on safety and sustainability. They work closely with their customers to help them protect the environment, property, and people. Their services also help their clients comply with increasingly complex federal and state environmental and safety rules and regulations. The substantial majority of their environmental services are required services under various federal and state laws. Trading of their common units began January 15, 2014 on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CELP”. Their business is organized into three reportable segments: (1) Pipeline Inspection Services (“Pipeline Inspection”), comprising the TIR Entities’ operations, (2) Pipeline & Process Services (“Pipeline & Process Services”), made up of Brown’s operations and (3) Water and Environmental Services (“Environmental Services”), constituting water treatment activities in their water treatment entities. Other potential lines of business outlined in U.S. Treasury Regulations and their Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) private letter ruling (“PLR”) would allow them to further diversify their business lines and activities. |
